A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
Authorization must be received from GILCO before any returns are accepted. Return authorization must be requested no later than 14 days for the reciept of the merchandise. The merchandise must be returned with in 7 days from the date the Return Authorization is granted. For return authorization call 281-469-3549. The RMA (Return Authorization Number) must be on the outside of the package.

If your item is damaged in shipment, and you have purchased the optional insurance, buyer MUST PROVIDE a digital photo of the damaged item, including the packaging. Additionally, the packaging materials must be saved until the claim has been resolved.
